I wrote an article for a website that teaches photography and needed some images to illustrate my lessons, so I called on Carly to help out.  I got a two-fer bonus, though, because her cat, Bruiser, also helped out, though I’m not sure how he illustrates anything.

He does love his girl and I loved this image, so I’m sharing it with you.

Eloise just left for the airport to fly home.  Our house is already missing her.  I can’t say it is quieter because she is pretty quiet-  but it is lonelier already.  Hurry back, Elo.

And since she is French- I made her do the cheerleader pose with the banana smile, just so everyone will know she had her portrait photographed in the US.

It was a lot of fun to get to photograph a little tiny guy, it’s been a while since I’ve photographed one so tiny.  Baby P was just 10 days old when he modeled for me.  And yes, he modeled.  He LOVED the lights and wanted to play so much that it took forever for him to finally give up and sleep. None of that mattered because we had so much fun with the him.  Thanks, Baby P.
