SESSIONS THAT QUALIFY
This session is offered to High School Seniors and Family Portraits ONLY. Unfortunately we are unable to honor requests for Baby, Glamour, Model Portfolios, or Commercial Photography with this special. Please feel free to contact the studio for these additional services.
WHAT YOU GET
By your session you are entitled to one (1) professional portrait session by Zack Davis OR Carly Davis at Library Park in Lakeport California on the date and time you selected during the reservation process for the total duration not to exceed forty-five (45) minutes.
Following your session, we will use our professional judgement to select the ten (10) best images from your session, retouch them to the highest of Davis Photography Studio standards and upload them to our password protected gallery for your download. You will receive an email with a link and password to the gallery within ten (10) business days after your session to access your personal gallery. Optional prints will be available for purchase on our gallery at your discretion but are not required.
This offer (unless otherwise noted) does not include any photographic prints. The client (you) are responsible for any sales tax, shipping, handling or processing fees from print purchases.
WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU’VE DONE
Please be sure you have selected a date and time at which you may attend and be prepared to arrive 10 minutes early. Because of demand and the limited daylight we require your co-operation in ensuring that you’re ready for your session at the time you’ve reserved.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO YOUR SESSION
Pets, trophies, boyfriend, girlfriend, Varsity Jacket, car, instrument and other props are all welcome. We do ask if you bring a pet to also have a companion that can take care of them before and after we have photographed you with them. Your boyfriend/girlfriend are also welcome as props for a few poses but we do ask that they not stick around if they will distract you in any way, we find the best images come when you’re least distracted.
We love parents too, though they can also be a distraction so please feel free to tag along if you would like and do let us know if you have a request but please do not distract your senior.
SUBSTITUTIONS
We will be photographing more than the 10 images you will receive and we know that some of you will request to have substitutions of images in hopes we will have had a better image than one you receive. Unfortunately with this special we are unable to honor requests for substitutions. We take your images selected very seriously and will use our decades of combined experience to ensure that you get as wide a variety and highest quality possible.
Should you have any special requests or needs such as liking one side of your face more than another DO let us know this when we start your session so we can capture images you’ll love! We’re happy to help create the images how you like them so you don’t even have to consider substitutions.
WHAT IF YOU CAN’T MAKE YOUR SESSION – Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your session you reserved please contact us within 72 hours of your session and you may reschedule your session to our next available space for the following week. To reschedule please contact Davis Photography Studios on their Facebook Page, Call or Text (707)-367-0270 or contact Zack via email at zack@dianedavisphotography.com and we will assist you in rescheduling.
If you have not contacted us prior to your session and do not arrive for your reserved time (“no show”) you may contact us to reschedule for the next available session within one (1) week. If we do not hear from you within one week of your scheduled session, your $100 reservation fee will be forfeit as payment for your reserved time that was unused. Should you reschedule and be unable to attend your rescheduled session you will forfeit your session fee and be required to purchase a new session. We don’t do this to be mean, but unfortunately because of the demand for the limited space as well as the limited sunny season we have remaining we are unable to continue rescheduling sessions.
SESSION PAYMENT
We accept sessions by RESERVATION ONLY, no money will be accepted during portrait sessions. To reserve your session please do so online using the links located on the Bored Special Page. Your session is not reserved until the payment is made. Making a reservation via our online system will reserve your space at the time and date you selected. No additional fees will be collected from you for the session or images for download. Prints are available for an additional fee. If you are unable to reserve your time online please contact us and we will attempt to assist you in reserving your time.
